Marketing Associate – Influencer

Location: Remote-friendly with some on-site collaboration Duration: 3–6 months (minimum 20 hours/week) Compensation: $18/hour + performance bonus for successful campaigns Eligibility: Junior/Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, communication, PR, or related fields

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and reach out to influencers and creators in the home improvement/lighting/DIY space • Coordinate sample shipments and content creation schedules • Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions • Assist with product seeding, UGC collection, and performance reporting • Manage influencer communications and contracts with support from the team
