About the job

Our client is looking for a creative, data-driven Social & TikTok Strategy Specialist to lead organic and short-form content strategy across TikTok and Social channels for several beauty and wellness brands. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of TikTok culture, social storytelling, and the creator ecosystem; someone who can merge creativity with strategy to drive engagement, growth, and conversion rates.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute organic and strategies tailored to each brand’s voice, audience, and goals.
  • Create monthly social roadmaps aligned with overall marketing calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Define and balance shoppable (product- and CTA-driven) vs. non-shoppable (educational, lifestyle, and community) content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with paid, influencer, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive visual direction.
  • Concept, brief, and review content for brand-produced and creator/UGC posts—ensuring storytelling, tone, and visual identity align with each brand.
  • Manage content calendars, captions, and hashtags; ensure assets are optimized for Reels, Stories, TikTok, and carousels.
  • Track KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, reach, link clicks, and content saves.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports highlighting learnings, trends, and next steps.
