  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, events, and community engagement.
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills.
  • Social Media experience and aptitude

  • Expertise in sales and building community relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in a wellness or spa setting.
  • Familiarity with MindBody Online software is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and creating exceptional client experiences

Key Responsibilities:

-Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and nurture local partnerships (gyms, boutique, wellness professional, events, etc.
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns to attract new clients and grow repeat customer base.
  • Lead promotional initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and events.
  • Develop and execute local advertising and community outreach strategies to drive brand awareness.
  • Analyze trends, track KPI’s, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Work as the Front of House in studio at least one day per week (or weekend) to stay connected to clients and studio operations.

-Community Engagement

  • Represent The Tox at local events, pop-ups, and community activities (often on weekends).
  • Plan and coordinate in-studio events, workshops, and open houses.
  • Foster client loyalty through relationship-building and consistent communication.
  • Engage with local influencers and micro-creators to increase visibility.

-Marketing and Digital Support

  • Collaboration on social media content strategy, gather UGC and create lifestyl/community-focused content.
  • Maintain and update our studio Social Media account.
  • Support email marketing and CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor client feedback and elevate opportunities to enhance the experience.

-In-Studio Responsibilities (1-2 days/week)

  • Greet clients and support front-of-house to stay connected to the client experience.
  • Lead event setup, community days, and client engagement efforts.

-Schedule Expectations:

  • Part-time, including Saturdays, and an occasional Sunday as needed for events.

Location:

  • In-person at The Tox Studio in Woodmere, Ohio
  • With collaboration partners and wellness events typically within 20 miles of The Tox Studio.
  • Ability to work from home for some planning activities.
