You’ll oversee everything from marketing, social media and operations to game-day fun and post-game bar nights — with potential for significant income.

What You’ll Do:

As a Market Manager, you’re the commissioner of your own adult coed kickball league(s) — part operations manager, part community builder, part social host. You’ll run weekly game nights, grow registrations, and make sure players are having a blast both on and off the field.

Partnerships & Bar Relations

• Lock in a local league bar sponsor and build a win-win relationship.
• Plan and host the Season Kickoff Party to launch each season in style.
• Attend weekly post-game socials and help create a lively, inclusive atmosphere.

Marketing & Growth

• Execute a marketing plan that maximizes player registrations every season.
• Hit or exceed your market’s goals — and earn more as you grow!
• Partner with local businesses, gyms, and influencers to build teams.
• Foster a social media buzz around your league and events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
