We are scaling fast and looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and grow our creator strategy.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale OhPretty’s influencer engine across TikTok, Instagram, and UGC platforms. This role is highly performance-driven and focused on content that converts—from organic social to paid ads and website usage.
You will be responsible for sourcing creators, managing campaigns end-to-end, and turning influencer content into revenue.
Key Responsibilities • Build and execute OhPretty’s influencer & UGC strategy • Source, onboard, and manage influencers (nano → macro) • Run gifting, paid collaborations, and affiliate campaigns • Negotiate rates, contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting • Manage creator briefs, timelines, and deliverables • Repurpose influencer content for: • Paid ads (Meta & TikTok) • Website PDPs • Email & SMS campaigns • Track performance: CPA, ROAS, engagement, conversions • Manage influencer platforms (Aspire, Modash, Upfluence, etc.) • Build a scalable UGC pipeline for ongoing content • Stay ahead of TikTok & Instagram trends in women’s fashion
Qualifications • 2–5+ years of influencer marketing experience (DTC fashion preferred) • Strong TikTok & Instagram Reels expertise • Proven experience driving sales through influencer content • Comfortable managing 50–100+ creators per month • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Experience working with Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads • Data-driven and ROI-focused

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
