[Remote] Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI. They are seeking an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale their affiliate and creator programs, driving customer acquisition and brand advocacy through innovative AI workflows.

Responsibilities • Build, manage, and scale our affiliate and creator programs • Define strategy and grow these channels into meaningful drivers of customer acquisition and brand advocacy • Design and execute global affiliate and creator campaigns • Optimize performance and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across markets

Skills • Have experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing • Are passionate about creators and understand how to build authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships • Are an exceptional communicator & copywriter • Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic • Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset • Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside • Can balance strategy and execution, comfortable building a program from the ground up while rolling up your sleeves to get things done • Are comfortable leveraging AI automations to optimize workflows, freeing up time for high-impact strategic and creative work
