Job Overview
Noon Whistle Brewing is hiring a Marketing Manager to craft and tell the story of our beer, beverages, brand, and values.
We believe that beer is a powerful conduit for creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. With the addition of alternative beverages to our brand world our focus is on the moments we create while consuming your drink of choice. We’re centered on creating a robust marketing strategy that enables us to continue to deliver those moments for our customers. We brew, sell, and distribute our products throughout IL & WI and pride ourselves on making balanced, innovative, and easy-to-drink beverages.
The Marketing Manager will understand the power of what it means to be a brand in an evolving, collaborative but competitive market. We are looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful individual to join our leadership team, in order drive our marketing efforts and continue to strengthen and grow our brand in our current markets and beyond. The right candidate is a marketing leader who is passionate about beer and alternative beverages. Must have a strong perspective on brand voice, storytelling, social media marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, and events.
Responsibilities include:
General
- Develop reporting tools to inform strategic decision-making, providing regular status updates
- Oversee third-party partners for design, web, merchandise, PR, and other areas deemed necessary
- Evolve marketing KPIs, business processes, and partner roster
- Collaborate cross-functionally with each department to support company revenue growth and an accountable team culture
Brand and Content Generation
- Work with leadership team to solidify market positioning to staff, partners, and customers
- Maintain a framework of consistency and cohesion with Noon Whistle’s brand across multiple platforms
- Oversee digital asset management
- Support sales channels by developing of promotional materials for all customer segments
- Order and maintain merchandise catalog for consumers and trade swag
- Maintain and oversee company website and all other front-end materials
- Work to expand the demographic reach of Noon Whistle beyond the existing fanbase
- Act as the lead for product launches, working closely with Sales and Production
- Proven aptitude for inventive, imaginative, and resourceful problem-solving, and ability to think “outside the box”; a strong desire to do things differently and better
Demand Creation & Customer Retention
- Editorial responsibilities for social media posts, stories, and replies across social platforms
- Develop email marketing programs that deliver value for existing fans of the brand
- Oversee best practices for SEO to facilitate more earned media opportunities
- Drive attendance to company produced events on and offsite
- Craft programs that build awareness for new company products, projects, etc.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts, craft a compelling narrative, and build an emotional connection through storytelling
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of visual design
Public Relations
- Oversee all beer/beverage releases, including consumer communication and cross-departmental workflow
- Identify market trends that can be leveraged into business opportunities
- Support partners with targeted press information and sample product shipments
- Target key influencers and act as a liaison for Noon Whistle wherever appropriate
- Customize and deploy a launch plan for all major company initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing in the CPG and/or craft beverage industry
- 2+ years of focus on performance-based growth marketing preferred
- MS Office / Google Analytics / Adobe Suite skills / AI Platforms
- Passion for understanding business drivers and executing against them
- Expertise with web/email/social media and reporting platforms including Google Analytics
- Ability to distill complex ideas into ones that are easy to navigate and resonate with people in the real world
- Experience planning brands based upon creativity, strategic alignment, and consumer impact
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
