Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools, with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other scheduling applications for content management and publishing.
  • Conduct SEO activities including keyword research and web analytics using Google Analytics to optimize content reach and effectiveness.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for campaigns and advertisements.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Engage in public relations activities to foster positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and customers.
  • Manage branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Track campaign performance through web analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies for better results.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, product launches, or promotional events.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Ability to create engaging visual content through graphic design or photography skills.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and audience targeting strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media partners, influencers, and community members.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas aligned with branding goals. Pay: $23.67 - $28.50 per hour
