Position Overview
We’re seeking an Influencer Coordinator to manage and grow KPM’s influencer marketing initiatives across food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in relationship-building, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and has a sharp eye for digital trends.
As an Influencer Coordinator, you will oversee influencer outreach, track collaborations, and ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align influencer activations with brand strategies and help measure campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and vet influencers (KOLs & KOCs) that align with client brand values and campaign goals.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and scheduling.
- Draft clear influencer briefs outlining campaign expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track influencer content submissions and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams for campaign alignment.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, performance reports, and campaign trackers.
- Support on-site influencer activations and event coordination when needed.
- Monitor social trends and identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR (agency or F&B experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ, Upfluence, or similar).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Passion for food, beverage, and lifestyle marketing.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills a plus, but not required.
