Head of Marketing & E-commerce

Compensation: Base Salary: $80,000

Performance Bonuses: Up to $20K–$30K per year Total Potential: $110K annually

Overview: We’re hiring a Marketing & E-commerce Manager with substantial experience in women's fashion to lead strategic marketing and growth efforts for our two female-focused brands: Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. This role requires direct, hands-on experience in the women's fashion industry—specifically swimwear and activewear—and candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

As Marketing & E-commerce Manager, you will oversee website optimization, influencer marketing, social media strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, creative direction and more. A proven track record in managing and growing women’s fashion eCommerce brands is essential. You will regularly report on team performance, manage team members, address queries, and ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all platforms.

This position offers high creative autonomy and the opportunity to explore and implement innovative marketing channels.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Shopify-based eCommerce brands specifically within the women's fashion industry (activewear and/or swimwear strongly preferred)
• Expertise in website optimization, influencer marketing, social media strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, and creative direction.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify storefront day-to-day operations
• Excellent communication, team management, and delegation skills
• Must be based in Miami and able to work in-office near the Aventura area
