Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing strategies, and creative design tools to effectively promote our trampoline park and connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Make outbound calls and visit schools, camps, businesses, and community groups
• Build partnerships to promote birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings
• Create engaging content and support promotions and special events
• Assist with basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe a plus)
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, manage relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to foster community growth.
• Oversee branding initiatives to ensure cohesive visual identity across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer outreach
• Comfortable making calls and meeting people in person
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills
• Creative, organized, and outgoing
• Graphic design experience is a bonus
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing roles.
