InnoVision Marketing Group

Full-time

About the job

InnoVision Marketing Group (IMG)

San Diego, CA | In-Office

At InnoVision Marketing Group, proudly known as The Anti-Agency® , social media is a public extension of the brand. Every post, caption, visual, and response reflects strategy, standards, and discipline. This role is not about posting volume. It is about precision, consistency, and intent.

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can execute day-to-day social media with accuracy and accountability, and who can also contribute to the creation of compelling, platform-appropriate content. Someone who understands that strong execution earns trust, and strong content earns attention.

What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will manage the execution of social media across multiple client accounts while collaborating closely with creative, PR, and account teams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing and publishing approved social media content across platforms
  • Managing content calendars, deadlines, and approvals without drops or surprises
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading captions for clarity, tone, and brand alignment
  • Collaborating with creative teams to help shape and refine social content
  • Contributing ideas for compelling, on-brand, platform-native content
  • Supporting the creation of original social content when needed, including captions, short-form video concepts, and simple visual storytelling
  • Coordinating visuals, copy, and messaging to ensure consistency
  • Monitoring comments, direct messages, and engagement with professionalism and discretion
  • Escalating issues, questions, or opportunities appropriately
  • Supporting influencer, partnership, and campaign activations
  • Maintaining organized content libraries, approvals, and documentation
  • Tracking performance metrics and supporting reporting and insights
  • Staying current on platform updates, best practices, and trends
  • Ensuring nothing is posted without accuracy, approval, and intention

What Makes a Great Team Member at IMG

  • Highly organized. You manage calendars, assets, and approvals cleanly.
  • Brand-aware. You understand voice, tone, and audience nuance.

  • Coachable. You apply feedback and improve quickly.
  • Curious but disciplined. You track trends without chasing gimmicks.
