Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple brands, managing content calendars, running paid ad campaigns, and using data to continuously improve performance. You’ll work closely with our creative partners and internal team to ensure everything we put out is intentional, on-brand, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales
  • Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with business goals, promotions, and events
  • Analyze market trends, platform shifts, and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead

Content & Community

  • Create and oversee engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams (photographers, videographers, agencies) to produce high-quality visuals and campaigns
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that feel human—not corporate
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and help foster real community and brand loyalty

Paid Media & Growth

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
  • Build and manage ad budgets, allocate spend strategically, and adjust based on performance
  • Develop campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, and A/B tests
  • Track ROI, CPA, engagement, and conversion metrics to ensure spend is driving results

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools
  • Create clear, actionable reports with insights—not just numbers
  • Use data to refine content, posting cadence, and ad strategy over time

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, storytelling, and experimentation

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with restaurant or hospitality brands
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Copywriting skills that feel conversational and on-brand
  • Understanding of how social media ties into real-world traffic and sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,715.02 - $58,667.55 per year
