Job Overview
The Sales and Operations Executive will develop relationships with end-users and generate meaningful sales by championing our partners across various geographical areas, industries, channels, or market segments. • Develop an understanding of customers' business and social media marketing requirements • Develop a deep understanding of how to use technology to manage information decision-making • Leverage knowledge of data analytics when constructing program components • Analyze and report data to clients to track campaign progress during campaigns • Collect and analyze program data and other information at the end of the program, creating visual presentations that highlight takeaways • Oversee day-to-day upkeep of client accounts, communicating findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Build a systematic methodology using data to evaluate and identify areas of optimization in current business processes • Create informative visualizations to effectively communicate campaign findings to stakeholders, both internal and client-side • Coordinate overall function objectives for best practices in data usage, quality, and analytics to support the business • Produce clear and accurate project plans/timelines for incoming client briefs, including potential dates for briefing, presentation, and delivery • Drive program delivery with focus on on-time, on-budget, in-scope, high-quality, and stable outcomes • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement • Execute a multi-tier, multi-industry influencer marketing strategy based on identified business objectives • Determine and communicate internal and external action steps and responsibilities for all programs related to the team • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines while communicating changes/directions to internal team members • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts, ensuring client relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time • Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement) • Conduct market research and stay familiar with trends, features, and industry landscape to position ourselves as experts in social media marketing • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
