Trade & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Metagenics Italia srl, part of the international group Metagenics Europe, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality food supplements, is dedicated to providing effective micronutrition to help consumers live healthier and happier lives. We are looking for a Trade & Digital Marketing Coordinator to replace a colleague in maternity leave:

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions and activations with retail partners (e‑pharmacies, pharmacy chains), ensuring brand consistency across physical and online touchpoints.
• Manage POS materials, displays, keywords, banners, and other visibility tools & tactics where relevant for the indicated channels
• Track promotion performance, monitor ROI of campaigns and share learnings/recommendations to improve in‑store and online conversion.
• Maintain and optimize product content on e‑commerce channels (e‑pharmacies, chains): images, descriptions, SEO, taxonomy, ratings & reviews.
• Create corporate presentations where necessary for the support of the collaborations with e-com & chains.
• Support Digital Marketing Manager in influencer marketing and social media activations: design and improve digital marketing programs, including influencer/social media activations, to maximize visibility
• Track digital performance metrics (e.g. engagement, conversion)
• Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Regulatory, Finance) to support e‑commerce strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and online customer management.
• Commercial understanding of e-commerce, online category development, and related KPIs
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to read, organize, and process data and insights.
• Experience executing e-commerce plans (commercial and marketing)
• A hands-on approach, combining creativity and data analysis.
• Fluent English for collaborating with colleagues based abroad.
