What You Will Do
- Global Brand Content
Own global brand narrative pillars, and editorial direction
Translate brand strategy into clear brand content systems (themes, formats, cadence)
Build long-term storytelling arcs
- Social Media Strategy & Ownership (Global Accounts)
Lead strategy for single global accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
Balance brand equity building + performance-aware content
Partner with brand, product marketing, integrated marketing, and sales teams
- Creative Direction & Content Excellence
Set the creative bar for all social and brand content
Approve content with a brand-first, global lens
Ensure visual, tone, and narrative coherence across markets
- Community, Creators & UGC Strategy
Define brand’s UGC strategy
Partner with Influencer, PR, and Community teams to surface authentic user stories and turn customers into advocates
Build repeatable frameworks for UGC storytelling at scale
- Team & Process Leadership
Build and lead a small, elite global social media team
Create clear workflows, content calendars, and review processes
Make data-informed decisions without compromising brand taste
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in brand content and social media
- Experience owning global social accounts for a premium consumer or tech brand
- Background in AI, consumer tech, hardware, or SaaS brands strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build brand-defining content, not just viral posts
