  • Preferred Working Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Pay: $25.00 / hour
  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for 6-month extension)

About The Role At LVT, we drive active intelligence for the physical world. We are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media Intern to join our Marketing Communications team in American Fork. You won't just be "posting to post" you will be an active agent in executing a strategy that supports our three core pillars: Recruiting top talent, building Brand Awareness, and driving Sales Leads.

This is a hands-on role where you will sharpen your skills in content production, paid media maintenance, and strategic distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Help execute the daily social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form video and graphics using CapCut and Canva.
  • Paid Media Maintenance: Assist in "cleaning up" and monitoring paid social posts to ensure high performance and brand consistency.
  • Copywriting: Draft compelling captions that reflect LVT’s voice - empathetic, insightful, and intellectually honest.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor mentions and comments to foster brand awareness and support recruiting efforts.
  • Growth Opportunities: As you master the basics, you'll have the chance to dive into Influencer Outreach, Social Research, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Experience or Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design, OR possess an equivalent portfolio of social media work.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the "Big 4" (FB, IG, YT, LI) and a working knowledge of CapCut and Canva. Reddit experience is a nice to have!
  • The "LVT Mindset": You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to translate complex technology (like Agentic AI) into compelling narratives.
  • Reliability: Ability to work on-site at our American Fork headquarters.
