Our client in the CPG space is looking for a Paid Digital Strategist.

This role is: - Hybrid onsite two days per week in Hopkins, Minnesota

- Freelance, 3 months to start with potential to extend

- Starts in mid to late January 2026

In this role, as Paid Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for paid media across multiple brands. You will maintain hands-on involvement in paid campaigns, while driving a strategic lens.

Key Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute paid media strategies for TikTok, Meta, and influencer analytics. Your role will fall across strategy, implementation, execution, and education to the team.

- Analyze performance data and create plans for websites and paid campaigns

- Provide tagging and tracking support and optimize analytics

- Train Account Executives on digital best practices (websites, content, geo-targeting)

- Act as a subject-matter-expert (SME) for the team.

- Work in paid media tools for TikTok and Meta, as well as GA4 for analytics, and their PM software, monday.com

The ideal candidate: - Paid media expertise: Proven track record managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and possibly influencer analytics. Strong understanding of tagging, tracking, and performance optimization.

- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop holistic paid media strategies across multiple brands. Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable plans.

- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with GA4 for analytics; understanding of website strategy, content, geo-targeting, and digital trends.

- Leadership and training: Skilled at educating and mentoring account executives on digital best practices; can act as a subject matter expert for the team.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and adapting to changing priorities.

- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
