This Team Member Job Responsibilities

• Content Production: Film/photograph products in-store or studio, create TikTok, Reels, blog posts, emails, and ads. makes engaging digital content (videos, photos, blogs, social posts) to promote products, build brand image, and drive sales.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, research trends, and use AI tools like Iris to plan posts.
• Platform Management: Post and manage content across social media, websites, and Retail Media Networks.
• Influencer Collaboration: Work with nano, micro, or macro-influencers to promote products, often using affiliate links.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement using tools like Google Analytics to see what works.
• Key tasks include creating short-form video, managing social strategy, editing, and analyzing performance, using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics.

Key Skills & Tools

• Video: CapCut, Lumen5, Animoto, Riverside.fm.
• Design/Graphics: Canva, Adobe Express.
• Social Media Content
• Self-Motivator

The position will be required to interact with vendors, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualified Candidates For Our Team Should Have The Following Great attitude!

Willingness to accomplish the task with excellence.

Good comprehension of written and verbal communication.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

High School diploma.

5-Day work week/ 8 hours/day.
