[Remote] Talent Agent (Influencer)

They are seeking a Talent Agent to represent and manage the careers of various social media influencers, requiring a strong understanding of social media marketing and talent management.

Responsibilities • Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management • Representing the business and brands of leading social media personalities • Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole • Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space • Seek out and pursue new opportunities such as TV and Film casting for our talent, early adopter’s for new apps, find collaboration opportunities for our influencers and other large influencers • Present and assist with execution of growth strategies for influencers

Skills • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities • University degree or equivalent experience • Must have an existing deep network of social media influencers and talent • Must have 2+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency)
