Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to produce high-quality visual content.
- Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond appropriately to foster positive relationships.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility on search engines.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Web Analytics platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; ensure consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate outreach efforts and maintain positive public perception.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, partners, and customers to build a loyal community around the brand.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of social listening techniques and public relations strategies.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid digital advertising channels.
- Excellent content creation skills including writing, proofreading, photography, and video production/editing.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions; comfortable working with web analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on branding consistency and relationship management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
