About the job

RUNCLUB Creative | Nashville, TN

RUNCLUB Creative is a full-service creative agency partnering with artists, brands, and founders to build culture-forward work that actually moves the needle. From full album cycles to brand campaigns, product launches, and experiential shoots, our work lives at the intersection of story, strategy, and execution.

We’re looking for an

Account Coordinator

to support our account and creative teams by keeping projects organized, clients informed, and day-to-day execution running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is social media-obsessed, detail oriented, proactive, and eager to grow inside a high-performing agency environment.

This is not a passive support role — it’s a foundational position for someone who wants to learn how great work gets made and delivered.

What You'll Do

+ Client & Account Support

  • Support day-to-day client communication, ensuring updates, timelines, and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated
  • Help manage client feedback, revisions, and next steps alongside Account Managers
  • Assist in preparing client-facing decks, reports, and performance updates

+ Project Coordination

  • Coordinate projects across internal teams (creative, strategy, social, production)
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure work stays on schedule
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation across Google Drive and project management tools

+ Social Media & Content Support

  • Schedule and publish social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
  • Monitor social channels, and handle comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
  • Help build and maintain content calendars for multiple clients
  • Assist with basic copywriting for captions, posts, and light client materials

+ Creative & Production Support

  • Assist in developing creative briefs for shoots, campaigns, and social initiatives
  • Help build shot lists and ensure creative assets align with brand direction
  • Coordinate imagery, copy, UGC, and other creative assets
  • Support on-set needs when required (run-of-show, asset tracking, notes)

+ Influencer & Partnership Coordination

  • Assist in identifying potential influencers and creators aligned with client goals
  • Support outreach, tracking deliverables, and organizing influencer content
  • Help monitor performance and reporting for influencer-led campaigns

+ Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Pull and organize basic analytics and performance data across social platforms
  • Help translate data into clear takeaways for internal and client use

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or agency environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Proactive mindset — you spot gaps and solve problems before they escalate
  • Collaborative, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Skills & Tools

  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content formats
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools and native analytics
  • Basic copywriting ability with attention to brand voice and tone
  • Comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Canva and CapCut proficiency for design and video support
  • Familiarity with project management tools (or eagerness to learn)

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a purely administrative role
  • Not siloed to one client or platform
  • Not a slow-paced environment — organization and urgency matter here

Why RUNCLUB

  • Exposure to a wide range of brands, artists, and industries
  • Direct collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Clear growth path into Account Manager, Strategy, or Creative Operations roles
  • A team that values ownership, taste, and follow-through

Location & Compensation

  • Full-time role
  • Compensation based on experience, with growth opportunity
