Marketing Coordinator - Ambassadors

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll be essential in managing and organizing content from our sponsored athletes. You will handle the collection and documentation of contracted deliverables on a monthly basis. Your responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring a seamless process for receiving and processing content from our athletes. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys working closely with others.

Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Content Management: Collect, organize, and document all content deliverables from sponsored athletes on a monthly basis. Ensure that content is accurate, complete, and aligns with contract terms and brand guidelines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all incoming content and deliverables. Prepare and distribute regular reports on content status and compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sponsored Athlete Coordinator to align on deliverable requirements, resolve any issues that arise with content submissions, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
• Quality Control: Review and verify that all submitted content meets the required standards, specifications, and quality outlined in sponsorship agreements. Ensure all content aligns with Bucked Up's brand identity.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to streamline content collection and documentation processes to increase overall efficiency and minimize delays.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to content deliverables in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content in the ambassador Facebook group to boost engagement. Create educational materials on Bucked Up products and provide tips to help ambassadors effectively sell products on social media.
• Coordinate Projects: Collaborate with the Director of Brand Partnerships and other internal teams to coordinate marketing projects for the ambassador program, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Influencer Communication: Manage communication with Social Media Influencers and assist with their contracts.

Experience/Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for creating effective marketing materials and collaborating with team members.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems or project management tools.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing content and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
