Job Title: TikTok Influencer Marketing Associate (On-Site)
Job Summary
We are seeking a TikTok Influencer Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships across TikTok, from micro to mega creators, executing campaigns from outreach to posting, and ensuring deliverables align with brand and client expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and experienced in influencer negotiations and relationship management.
This position is on-site, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with micro, mid-tier, and mega TikTok influencers
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with creators
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including contracts, content approvals, posting schedules, and follow-ups
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure posts go live on agreed timelines
- Maintain clear, professional communication with influencers, clients, and internal teams
- Coordinate campaign details with internal marketing and account teams
- Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reporting metrics
- Stay up to date on TikTok trends, creator formats, and platform best practices
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Address influencer delays or issues proactively and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing (TikTok-focused strongly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop (Business end)
- Proven experience working with influencers at various tiers (micro → mega)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing influencer rates and agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns at once
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and creator landscape
- Comfortable following up persistently and professionally with creators
- Must be able to work in-office Monday–Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or managing influencer campaigns for multiple clients
- Familiarity with influencer tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Experience handling gifting campaigns, paid partnerships, and usage rights
