The Online Community Specialist is responsible for building, engaging, and growing Fit2Run’s digital community across social platforms and owned channels. This role plays a key part in brand advocacy, influencer collaboration, and real-time digital engagement across Fit2Run, Fit2Time, and 6 Laps.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across social platforms, including monitoring comments, DMs, and brand mentions
- Execute social listening to identify trends, sentiment, and engagement opportunities across all brand channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and brand advocates
- Support influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign execution from briefing through post-campaign reporting
- Assist in partnership development by identifying, coordinating, and activating relevant brand collaborations
- Represent the Fit2Run brand voice consistently while engaging authentically with the running and fitness community
- Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and influencer performance
