Social Media & Content Manager (Creative Focus)

We are a growing e-commerce brand operating in the US and Canada.
Our marketing team already has a Head of Marketing responsible for overall strategy and systems. We are now looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager who will focus on content ideas, storytelling, and execution.

Our core audience is women 45+, so we are looking for someone who understands this audience and knows how to create content that builds trust, emotional connection, and value — not fast, trendy content for Gen Z.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content ideas and scenarios for:
  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on content strategy
  • Plan content calendars and content themes
  • Prepare briefs and scripts for video shoots
  • Coordinate content production with:
  • video operator
  • actors
  • community manager (comments & messages)
  • influencer manager (task coordination and follow-ups)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone
  • Review content performance and suggest improvements
  • Keep the content process organized and aligned across the team

Requirements

  • Experience in social media or content management
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of video content (short-form & long-form)
  • Ability to coordinate people and tasks
  • Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
  • English level: Intermediate or higher
  • Understanding or experience with audience 45+ is a strong advantage

Experience & Compensation Flexibility

We are open to candidates with different levels of experience.

If you have less experience but strong creativity, responsibility, and willingness to grow, we are happy to consider you.
If you have more experience, responsibilities and compensation can be discussed individually.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
