Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that captivate audiences and promote brand messaging.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content performance.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for campaign refinement.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate influencer outreach, media relations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions while managing budgets effectively.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels by proofreading content for accuracy and tone; ensure visual consistency using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Foster strong relationships with followers, partners, and stakeholders through proactive relationship management to build a loyal online community.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, campaign management, or branding.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management and influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to produce compelling multimedia content including photography and video editing using relevant software or applications.
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with branding standards.
