Position Summary

The Marketing & Partnership Specialist will play a key role in supporting CHC’s brand acquisition and partner outreach efforts across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle verticals. This position focuses on identifying potential partners, preparing high-impact marketing decks and proposals, and assisting in the onboarding of new clients. It’s ideal for a proactive, design-savvy candidate with a background in marketing or business and a strong eye for pitch presentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Manhattan office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential brand partners in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space
  • Assist the business development team in preparing customized pitch decks and proposals for TikTok Shop partnership opportunities
  • Create visually compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations based on brand goals and CHC’s service offerings
  • Coordinate initial outreach efforts and maintain communication with brand contacts
  • Support with CRM tracking, outreach follow-ups, and lead pipeline management
  • Assist in organizing performance case studies, marketing reports, and client-facing presentation materials
  • Track TikTok Shop trends and help translate platform updates into partnership strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, BD, ops) to ensure alignment and smooth hand-off of newly onboarded brands

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides design and writing skills
  • Experience preparing business proposals, pitch decks, or marketing presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industry preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and available for full-time on-site work in NYC
  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal & written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with TikTok Shop, Amazon, or social commerce platforms
  • Understanding of digital marketing, creator/influencer campaigns, or e-commerce sales funnels
  • Experience using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for visual presentation design
