Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for Habibi. This role will oversee brand positioning, digital presence, campaigns, and partnerships while driving guest engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage social media strategy, content planning, and performance tracking
• Oversee email marketing, SMS campaigns, and guest database engagement
• Collaborate with operations, beverage, and events teams to promote launches, activations, and specials
• Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, influencers, PR, and brand partners
• Plan and execute promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and events
• Track and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, reservations, and ROI
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and guest touchpoints
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
• Experience with email marketing platforms, and reservation systems a plus
• Highly organized, creative, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for events and activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
