Growth Marketing Lead - USA

About the role:

We are growing rapidly and hence expanding our team. As a marketing generalist, you will own marketing execution across content, partnerships, email, and community. We are looking for a generalist who is AI savvy, writes well, builds relationships, and can juggle multiple channels at once. You will work closely with leadership on strategy, with agency partners on execution, and directly with customers and partners on relationships.

Note: This is a remote role based out of US locations with a requirement to attend multiple industry events in person every month.

What you will do:

• Content: Generate content and oversee content created by agency partner. Engage on social media. Build and manage email nurture sequences. Create and manage the editorial and content calendar and track performance.
• Partnerships & Events: Attend industry events where Rozie Synopsis is running. Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and thought leaders. Interview customers for case studies. Support partnership negotiations.
• Lead Nurturing: Create and manage email sequences. Segment leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Pull monthly reports from analytics tools. Track lead sources and channel performance. Identify trends and opportunities.
• Feature Launches: Launch new product features on various channels.

About you:

You are AI savvy and have:

• Strong writing skills (blogs, emails, social content)
• Comfort communicating with customers and partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort with analytics and spreadsheets
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Genuine interest in building relationships
• Comfortable with email marketing tools
