About the Role

We are hiring a Personal Brand Content Assistant to support in-office social media content creation for a growing personal brand and media business. This role is ideal for college students, aspiring content creators, or social-media-savvy individuals who want hands-on experience in real-world content production.

You will work directly with the brand owner during filming sessions, primarily assisting with recording short-form content using a mobile phone for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a hands-on, in-person role in a professional studio and office environment.

Responsibilities

Hold and operate a mobile phone to record short-form video content

Assist with framing, angles, and basic lighting awareness

Help maintain efficient filming sessions by capturing multiple clips

Support content flow and follow real-time direction during recordings

Occasionally assist with organizing or labeling recorded content

Maintain professionalism, reliability, and discretion at all times
