We're entering our next phase of growth and looking for a  Head of Growth – Patient Acquisition  to own the engine that brings new patients to Belle.

The Role

This is not a support role. This is not a "help with marketing" role. This is  full ownership  of patient acquisition at a company growing 300%+ annually.

You will own every lever that drives new patients into Belle—paid media, organic channels, partnerships, conversion optimization, and funnel performance. You'll have budget, autonomy, and accountability. If acquisition grows, you built it. If it stalls, you fix it.

We're looking for someone who has  owned growth before —not assisted, not contributed to, but  owned —and can point to the results.

What You'll Own

Paid Acquisition

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Manage agency relationships or build in-house capabilities—whatever gets results
  • Drive down CAC while scaling volume

Organic & Content Growth

  • Build and scale organic acquisition channels (SEO, social, content, community)
  • Identify and test new channels before competitors find them
  • Turn Belle's clinical expertise into patient-generating content

Conversion Optimization

  • Own the funnel from first touch to enrolled patient
  • Optimize landing pages, qualification flows, and checkout experiences
  • Relentlessly test and improve conversion at every stage

Partnerships & New Channels

  • Identify and build partnerships that drive qualified patient volume
  • Test affiliate, influencer, and B2B2C channels
  • Find the growth loops that scale

Analytics & Accountability

  • Own acquisition metrics and reporting
  • Build dashboards that drive decisions
  • Run weekly reviews and communicate results to leadership

Who You Are

  • You have  owned acquisition or growth at a previous company —not as part of a large team, but as the person accountable for results
  • You can point to specific numbers: "I grew X from Y to Z" or "I reduced CAC from A to B while scaling spend C%"
  • You have 4-7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation—ideally in DTC, health, or subscription businesses
  • You're equally comfortable in a Facebook Ads dashboard and a strategic planning meeting
  • You move fast, test constantly, and let data kill your bad ideas
  • You're hungry to build something, not maintain something

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:  $130,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE:  $220,000–$400,000+
  • Equity:  Available for the right candidate
  • Location:  Hybrid in Draper, UT (1-2 days/week in office) or remote for exceptional candidates
