We are hiring a Fractional Growth Marketing Manager for 3 locations to own our client acquisition system end-to-end — from paid traffic to booked consults to closed memberships.
This is not a social media role and not a media-buyer-only role. This position is accountable for revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Core Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition
- Manage Meta (FB/IG) + Google Search ads
- Own cost per booked consult and CPA
- Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
- Implement and manage retargeting campaigns
Conversion Optimization
- Improve website and landing page conversion rates
- Optimize forms, calendars, and booking flows
- Reduce friction from lead → booked consult → show
CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel)
- Manage lead follow-up sequences (SMS/email/call)
- Optimize speed-to-lead (<60 seconds)
- Improve show rates and no-show recovery
Messaging & Creative Direction
- Develop ad hooks and offers based on sales call insights
- Improve lead quality through better pre-qualification
- Continuously test and iterate creative and copy
Sales Alignment
- Weekly alignment with ownership / sales lead
- Track lead quality feedback and objections
- Optimize marketing based on what actually closes
KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
- Cost per booked consult
- Show rate %
- Cost per new member (CPA)
- Net new members per month
- Lead → booking %
- Booking → show %

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
