Operations & Marketing Assistant / Growth Support role

About the Role

TruLab Peptides is a research-grade e-commerce brand expanding its influencer and affiliate ecosystem. We are hiring a highly organized, persistent, and professional Outreach Assistant whose primary responsibility is contacting influencers, managing conversations, and getting agreements signed.

This role also includes secondary support in operations, order fulfillment (as needed), and executive assistance.

Primary Responsibility (MOST IMPORTANT)Influencer Outreach & Agreements

• Identify and contact influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, email)
• Send outreach messages using provided scripts
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Explain partnership terms clearly (no medical claims)
• Coordinate contracts, affiliate agreements, and disclosures
• Ensure agreements are signed, filed, and tracked
• Maintain clean outreach and influencer CRM records
• Act as the point person between influencers and the founder

This is the core of the job. Success is measured by signed agreements and activated partners.Secondary ResponsibilitiesOperations & Order Fulfillment (as needed)

• Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping during volume spikes
• Coordinate with Pirate Ship / ShipStation / USPS
• Help reduce tracking-related customer inquiries

Some weeks may include hands-on fulfillment work.Executive Assistant Support

• Assist the founder with admin, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Run errands when needed (shipping, supplies, pickups if local)
• Help keep priorities organized so execution stays smooth

Light Backend Marketing Support

• Upload content or links
• Help manage affiliate dashboards
• Assist with influencer onboarding once agreements are signed

• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable messaging many people daily
• Persistent without being spammy
• Organized, follow-up driven, and detail-oriented
• Understands discretion and compliance boundaries
• Comfortable working with research-only products

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Influencer outreach or affiliate management experience
• Contract or agreement coordination experience
• CRM / Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets familiarity
• Local to Tampa / Carrollwood area

What This Role Is NOT

• Not content creation
• Not ad strategy
• Not passive VA work

This is an execution + follow-through role.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
