Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across content, outreach, partnerships, and product launches.
This role is execution-focused and works from established templates, systems, and checklists. Strategy and final decisions are handled by our internal team.
Duties
- Publish and update blog posts and evergreen guides in Shopify
- Maintain internal links between blogs, collections, and product pages
- Assist with brand outreach to wedding blogs, gift guides, and lifestyle sites
- Coordinate influencer and UGC outreach using approved templates
- Support product launches by uploading listings and QA’ing links, images, and variants
- Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor reviews and brand mentions, and flag trends or recurring issues
- Maintain documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, content marketing, or brand support
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable following structured processes and checklists
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus
- Interest in e-commerce and branding preferred
Pay: $46,445.54 - $55,934.41 per year
