Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a Dallas-based Part-Time Content Creator to support our marketing efforts by producing engaging, authentic, and on-brand content. This role requires someone who can visit our local communities to capture real-time content and translate marketing direction into a strategic monthly content calendar.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable managing content from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Visit our Dallas-area communities to capture on-site photo and video content
• Create short-form content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Develop a monthly content calendar based on marketing direction, campaigns, and brand priorities
• Plan content themes, posting cadence, and key dates in collaboration with the marketing team
• Edit content for social platforms, including basic video editing, captions, and hooks
• Stay up to date on social media trends, audio, and platform best practices
• Organize, manage, and deliver content assets in a timely manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
• Appear on camera occasionally, if comfortable (not required but a plus)

Qualifications

• Based in Dallas, TX with reliable transportation to visit multiple local communities
• Proven experience creating social media content (personal brand, portfolio, or client work)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content strategies and trends
• Comfortable shooting and editing content using a phone or camera
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for brands, lifestyle, real estate, or community-focused businesses
• On-camera presence or influencer-style content creation
• Photography or videography experience
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization
