Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation techniques to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to assess campaign performance.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation through effective relationship management.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Track industry trends in social media marketing, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing to recommend innovative approaches.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with demonstrated success in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social listening tools, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and experience managing paid social media ads.
  • Familiarity with video editing software for creating multimedia content.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all published materials.
  • Ability to develop compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
