This role is a full-time, hybrid, 40-hour-per-week Social Media Marketing Manager position. This role is responsible for leading our social media strategy, elevating our brand presence, and supporting all core marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create on-brand content (photo, video, graphics, captions) for all social media channels
- Lead email marketing campaigns—including strategy, copywriting, build-out, and performance tracking
- Manage community engagement, including DMs, comments, and brand voice consistency
- Collaborate with influencers and oversee partnerships, gifting, and UGC coordination
- Support minor website updates and ensure marketing materials remain accurate and aligned
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and client conversions
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies based on insights
- Stay ahead of social, digital, and industry trends to keep Canvas Skin innovative and competitive
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness)
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and basic design/video apps
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
