About the Role
The Brand Marketing Coordinator is a high-impact, execution-first role that serves as the organizational backbone of the marketing team. This position focuses on coordination, timelines, asset management, and follow-through to ensure campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives move smoothly from idea to execution.
This is a fast-paced opportunity to work inside a growing brand and gain hands-on exposure across all facets of brand marketing. This role offers meaningful involvement across product launches, content, PR, influencer, and events — ideal for someone eager to learn by doing and build a strong foundation in marketing operations.
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of marketing by managing timelines, tracking assets, coordinating communication, and helping ensure work ships on time and on brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves staying organized, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys ensuring great ideas come to life.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, trackers, and shared documents across product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Support execution across GTM, influencer, PR, retail, salon, and events
- Manage creative and copy assets, including versioning, approvals, and organization
- Organize briefs, feedback, next steps, and follow-ups around events and launches
- Support cross-channel internal and external communication, flagging and escalating issues when needed
- Help ensure everything the brand puts out looks and feels like RŌZ by tracking assets across channels

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or agency support
- Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite, marketing calendars, trackers, and shared workflows preferred
