Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Brand Communications Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ brand presence, engage the audience, and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
2. Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Organize engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, images, and interactive media.
4. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy accordingly.
5. Foster and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
7. Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
8. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
9. Write compelling captions, develop post copy, and support other digital storytelling initiatives to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
10. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in social media marketing and branding.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience (2 years) in social media management, preferably in a branding or communication role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Suite).
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. (recommended but not required)
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to innovation.
10. A passion for branding, storytelling, and building meaningful connections with audiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
