About the Role

Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours are looking for a Social Media Video Content Specialist to create engaging, short-form video content that brings our tours, guides, and customer experiences to life.

This is a video-first, execution-focused role for a creator who understands how to tell compelling stories on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be responsible for capturing authentic, mobile-first content that builds trust, drives engagement, and supports both organic growth and paid advertising.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our video content feels real, fun, and aligned with how travelers actually discover and choose experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Short-Form Video Creation

• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Capture on-location footage during tours, experiences, and events

• Film guide-led, behind-the-scenes, and customer experience content

• Edit platform-native videos optimized for each channel

Organic & Paid Video Content

• Produce UGC-style video content that can be used for paid advertising

• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to create ad-ready video assets

• Test different hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches

• Repurpose high-performing organic videos for paid use

Content Planning & Execution

• Work with the Growth team to plan video themes and concepts

• Ensure consistent posting and content delivery across platforms

• Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and best practices

• Adapt content quickly based on performance and feedback

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Collaborate with Influencer, Design, and PR teams on content initiatives

• Source and organize user-generated content from customers and guides

• Maintain a library of video assets for ongoing use

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form video content for social media

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first experience preferred)

• Comfort filming in real-world environments (tours, attractions, city locations)

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and authenticity

• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar

• Ability to work quickly, independently, and creatively

Nice to Have

• Experience creating UGC-style content for paid ads

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance insights

• Experience working with travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands

• Comfort being on camera when needed
