AI Influencer Studio

We’re building an AI Influencer studio from the ground up and are opening a founding recruiting role .

This is a 0 → 1 ownership role . You will build the recruiting engine end-to-end and own it.

This is a builder role.

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Own sourcing, screening, and first-round interviews across all creative roles
  • Design and run the entire recruiting process (tools, workflows, pipeline)
  • Source and evaluate creative talent (video editors, brand managers, creative leaders)
  • Review portfolios and make strong first-pass quality judgments
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling end-to-end
  • Work closely with founders and domain experts on later-stage interviews
  • Continuously improve speed and quality as we scale
  • Potentially build a recruiting function under you in the future

Founders make final hiring decisions — everything before that is yours .

🎯 Who You’ll Be Hiring

Over the next 12 months, you’ll fill ~ 12–16 hires , including:

  • 🎬 Video Editors (short-form, social-native)
  • 🧠 Brand / Growth Managers
  • 🎨 Creative Directors (key priority)
  • 📈 CMO / Head of Growth (key priority)

Approximate mix:

  • 60% individual contributors
  • 30% creative leadership
  • 10% executive

Light exposure to engineering roles, but not your main focus.
