JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of social media accounts across multiple industries, ensuring all content and campaigns align with business goals and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary client partner, presenting strategy, creative direction, reporting, and optimization recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality content—including photo, video, and motion graphics—that reflects each brand’s unique tone and audience.
- Oversee influencer marketing programs, from sourcing and vetting talent to negotiating deliverables and ensuring measurable impact.
- Plan and execute events and experiential activations that drive visibility, engagement, and social amplification, managing everything from concept through post-event analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative, PR, and media teams to deliver cohesive, integrated brand campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Capture real-time, social-first content during brand activations, on-site productions, and client events.
- Write and edit compelling content across formats—including captions, scripts, advertorials, and influencer briefs—ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level team members on creative development, analytics interpretation, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns within Meta Business Suite, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Provide creative direction to external production partners as needed, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deliverable expectations.
- Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and translate data into actionable strategies for future content and advertising efforts.
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging digital trends, proactively integrating learnings into campaigns and internal workflows.
- Support new business efforts by developing digital and social strategies for proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills while overseeing multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience managing social and digital marketing programs; agency experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; coursework or experience in video production or graphic design is a plus.
- Advanced video editing and content-capture skills, with the ability to produce compelling and polished deliverables.
- Proficiency with social-optimized video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Splice, TikTok, or similar).
- Strong graphic design capabilities with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, including campaign creation, budget management, boosting strategies, and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of social media strategy, content development, and community engagement across major platforms.
- Proven success conceptualizing and executing events or brand activations designed to increase visibility and audience engagement.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships that authentically enhance brand storytelling.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to target audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect creative ideas to broader marketing objectives, ROI, and brand positioning.
- Skilled in analyzing performance data, extracting insights, and applying findings to future strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; strong presenter and persuasive storyteller.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members while maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages (such as Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus.
