VIO Chesterfield, a leading med spa in St. Louis area, committed to delivering luxurious, educational, and safe aesthetic solutions, is on the hunt for a results-driven Social Media Manager! Are you passionate about showcasing the power of aesthetic transformations and engaging a sophisticated audience? Do you live and breathe social media analytics and cutting-edge content? We're looking for someone who can strategically elevate our online presence, highlight our expert services (Botox, lip filler, Erbium YAG, RF Microneedling, facials, PRP microneedling, peels, etc), and drive real engagement.

Work Environment: Hybrid role, with 2 days per week required in-person at our Chestefield, MO spa for content creation.

Your Mission: • Execute & Analyze: Develop and implement high-impact social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok, tracking performance to optimize for maximum reach and conversion. • Consistent Content Flow: Produce 3 high-quality videos and 1 static post weekly, plus a monthly special flyer, all aligned with our brand's luxurious and educational tone. • Trend Master: Identify and leverage trending sounds, visuals, and hooks to create highly shareable and effective content. • Content Calendar Creator: Own the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule. • On-Site Content Generation (Ellisville, MO): Spend 2 days a week at the spa, capturing compelling before/after footage, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and service demonstrations. • Professional Engagement: Confidently interact with guests to secure consent for content featuring their journey. • Team Collaboration: Partner with our skilled med spa staff to develop engaging video concepts that educate and promote our services across social media and advertising platforms.

What We're Looking For: • Med Spa Industry Experience: A strong background or in-depth understanding of medical aesthetics and services. • Proven Social Media Marketing Success: Track record of growing social media accounts and achieving measurable results. • Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in Canva and a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok insights and analytics. • Videography & Editing: Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality video content for social platforms. • Trend Forecaster: Ability to identify emerging social media trends and quickly adapt content strategies. • Guest-Focused: Comfortable and professional in interacting with clients and obtaining consent.
