The Role This role owns partner, affiliate, and creator-sourced ARR, ecosystem attach, and the downstream expansion and retention impact driven by trusted third-party value.

This role requires rare judgment at the intersection of culture, trust, and commerce. You will be expected to earn credibility beyond our category, structure meaningful long-term partnerships, and translate relevance into durable distribution and revenue.

This is not a traditional business development role and not an influencer-marketing role. It is a platform, distribution, and monetization leadership role.

Requirements What You'll Own End-to-end ecosystem strategy spanning partners, affiliates, and creators

  • Partner, affiliate, and creator-sourced ARR
  • Expansion and retention impact driven by ecosystem attach
  • The design and performance of Bizee's ecosystem operating model

Monetization frameworks including:

  • Revenue share
  • Bundles
  • Embedded offers
  • Affiliate and referral commissions
  • Creator performance-based incentives
  • Ecosystem category strategy spanning SMB platforms, services, affiliates, and trusted creators

What You'll Do Architect the Ecosystem

  • Design a scalable ecosystem aligned to the AI-driven SMB lifecycle (formation → compliance → operations → growth)
  • Define where partners attach across the customer journey informed by lifecycle stage, behavioral insight, and platform intelligence
  • Establish segmentation, tiers, governance, and quality standards across ecosystem types
  • Build repeatable economics that align ecosystem success with customer lifetime value, not one-time conversion
  • Build & Scale the Creator & Influencer Channel
  • Design and launch Bizee's creator and trusted-voice ecosystem as a first-class distribution channel
  • Identify and recruit high-impact creators across entrepreneurship, SMB education, compliance, finance, operations, and vertical-specific business communities
  • Assemble an ecosystem of credible entrepreneurs and creators who extend Bizee's relevance, trust, and reach over time
  • Define performance-based incentive models tied to quality conversion, attach, retention, and LTV
  • Partner with Product and Lifecycle teams to embed creators into onboarding, education, and expansion journeys
  • Build & Scale the Affiliate Channel
  • Design and operate Bizee's affiliate and referral program as a core distribution lever
  • Recruit and activate affiliates across agencies, professionals, communities, and platforms
  • Define commission structures aligned to LTV, retention, and payback, not just acquisition
  • Own affiliate performance metrics including conversion quality, incrementality, CAC efficiency, and downstream retention

Drive Expansion, Retention & Long-Term Value

  • Increase ARR per customer through ecosystem attach, bundles, and embedded offerings
  • Improve Net Revenue Retention by integrating partner and creator value into customers' ongoing workflows
  • Partner with Sales to support ecosystem-sourced demand and expansion motions
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure ecosystem value compounds over time, not just at acquisition

Partner with Product & Platform

  • Collaborate with Product and Platform teams on partner and creator integrations, marketplace and discovery experiences, APIs and embedded workflows
  • Ensure ecosystem experiences feel native, intelligent, and trusted, not promotional or bolted on
  • Inform platform roadmap priorities based on ecosystem leverage and distribution efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Operationalize & Measure
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to implement ecosystem attribution, routing, and reporting
  • Define clear rules for attribution windows, channel conflict, and incrementality
  • Build dashboards showing ecosystem impact on ARR, Net Revenue Retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Continuously refine the ecosystem based on performance data and customer outcomes
  • 8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem growth, affiliate programs, creator platforms, or strategic distribution roles
  • Proven experience building partner ecosystems and/or creator-led distribution tied to revenue
  • Strong understanding of SMB audiences, trust-based distribution, and ecosystem economics
  • Experience structuring revenue-sharing, bundled, embedded, affiliate, and creator monetization models
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ARR, NRR, LTV, and payback
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Lifecycle, RevOps, Growth, and Finance
  • Proven ability to balance cultural intuition with commercial rigor, knowing when to move fast, when to say no, and how to build systems that outlast any individual partnership
