We are a charming girls' clothing boutique dedicated to fun, comfortable, and high quality fashion that sparks joy and imagination. We believe in dressing little ones for their biggest adventures and sweetest everyday moments.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to become the voice and face of our brand online. This is a unique "one-woman/one-man show" role for our content pipeline, ideal for a proactive storyteller who loves being both in front of and behind the camera. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle from conceptualizing ideas, to being the on screen talent, to shooting, editing, and publishing all while managing our community and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Content Creation & Production:

· Content Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm, plan, and develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasons, and relevant trends.

· On-Camera Talent: Serve as the friendly, engaging host and stylist in our social media videos (e.g., hauls, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life at the store).

· Photography & Videography: Produce high-quality photos and videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using a smartphone or DSLR. This includes styling outfits, setting up scenes, shooting flat lays, and capturing in-store moments.

· Post-Production: Edit all video and photo content using apps like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar tools. Tasks include color correction, adding music, graphics, text overlays, and ensuring content is optimized for each platform.

· Copywriting: Craft compelling, on-brand captions that tell a story, encourage engagement, and include relevant hashtags.

2. Social Media Management & Community Growth:

· Manage and grow our presence across key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

· Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite.

· Monitor comments, DMs, and tags; engage with our community in a timely and authentic manner.

· Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic.

· Collaborate with micro-influencers or customers for user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

· Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, video views, follower growth, website clicks).

· Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future content and strategy.

4. Brand Consistency:

· Ensure all content reflects our brand's aesthetic, values, and voice playful, trustworthy, and stylish.

· Maintain visual consistency in filters, editing style, and overall feed presentation.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

· Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management AND content creation, including shooting and editing videos. A portfolio/reel is REQUIRED.

· On-Camera Comfort: Confidence and charisma in front of the camera. Experience as a host, influencer, or in similar talent roles is a huge plus.

· Tech & Editing Savvy: Proficiency with smartphone photography/videography and editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom). Knowledge of basic DSLR equipment is a bonus.

· Platform Expert: Deep understanding of the latest trends, features, and algorithms on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Pinterest.

· Creative Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a content calendar.

· Passion: A genuine interest in children's fashion, trends, and the retail landscape.

Bonus Points If You Have:

· Experience in the fashion or retail industry.

· Basic graphic design skills.

· Knowledge of paid social advertising.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
