We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a strong ability to execute omnichannel initiatives with commercial savviness and creative judgement, organizational rigor within fast-moving workstreams and ability to own initiatives end-to-end while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a true marketing generalist looking to grow within a fast-paced DTC fashion eCommerce brand. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products and brand is presented to the world, while keeping our marketing engine running smoothly and supporting growth across critical areas of the business. Unlike a traditional CPG brand role, this position demands speed, scrappiness, and agility.

Key Responsibilities Omnichannel Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Maintain and help own the cross-channel marketing calendar, ensuring visibility, alignment, and clarity across teams
  • Ensure cross-functional partners have the right inputs at the right time, including briefs, timelines, assets, messaging, and launch details
  • Support go-to-market and product marketing initiatives in close partnership with the Marketing Director, spanning seasonal moments, promotions, and new launches across a large and dynamic product catalog
  • Support PR and earned media efforts, including launch alignment, asset coordination, and campaign storytelling

Cross-Functional Alignment & Operational Excellence

  • Act as a strong organizational hub from a GTM perspective - balancing priorities, managing details, and keeping workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and cross-functional teams (e.g., Licensing, Merchandising, Web, Operations, Wholesale, Amazon), translating business inputs into clear, executable marketing plans
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or conflicts and help resolve them before they impact execution

Scaling Performance-Led Creative Across Channels

  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to bring campaigns from brief to launch across channels, aligned with brand and industry best practices
  • Test and scale AI-driven creative generation, helping define brand best practices and standards for scalable cross-channel content generation and marketing workflows
  • Help analyze paid media creative performance in partnership with external teams and support regular iteration, testing and scaling of high-performing concepts
  • Coordinate content planning and creation for GTM campaigns across channels, working closely with channel owners to ensure best-practice execution

Marketing Effectiveness, Innovation & Enablement

  • Test, evaluate, and help scale new tools and technologies - including AI platforms - to enhance content creation and team productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and help the organization work smarter
  • Improve omnichannel reporting and visibility into campaign performance, helping teams better understand impact and opportunities
  • Support and help lead testing and scaling of marketing channels such as social, affiliate, influencer and emerging platforms, in partnership with channel owners

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of marketing experience, at DTC eCommerce brands, ideally with large or complex product catalogs
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and operate within a fast-moving commercial marketing calendar, balancing launches, promotions, and evergreen initiatives
  • A marketing generalist mindset, with excitement and hands-on execution working across a broad range of channels and initiatives
  • Brings an analytical mindset alongside thoughtful creative judgment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and proactively coordinating inputs, timelines, and stakeholders; clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Interest in and exposure to product marketing or go-to-market planning, especially for launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Interest in and exposure in exploring how AI and other emerging tools can support scalable, on-brand, performance-driven content creation and overall marketing efficiencies
  • Interest in and exposure in PR, influencer, or earned media initiatives
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker), and design tools (e.g., Figma)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle eCommerce
  • Exposure to product launches, licensing or collaborations, or high-volume merchandising calendars
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to support content creation while balancing brand voice and performance goals
