As part of our next phase of growth, we are scaling a dermatology brand to bring modern, accessible, results-driven skin care to more people — without the friction of traditional dermatology.
We’re looking for a builder to take point on growing our dermatology division from the ground up — backed by Shed’s infrastructure, clinical expertise, and distribution — but driven by entrepreneurial ownership and growth instinct.
We’re hiring a
Head of Growth – Dermatology
to lead the expansion of our dermatology brand from 0 to 1 and beyond.
You will own
growth strategy and execution
across acquisition, conversion, and brand expansion. You’ll test aggressively, move fast, and write the playbook for scaling a telehealth dermatology brand inside a company that already knows how to win.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Own patient acquisition across paid media, organic, influencer, partnerships, and emerging channels.
- Identify and scale CAC-efficient growth levers specific to telehealth dermatology.
- Collaborate with teams at Shed to drive performance and accountability.
- Optimize intake forms, quizzes, landing pages, and consult funnels for conversion.
- Improve lead → consult → prescription conversion rates.
Brand & Market Expansion
- Build and scale an influencer and creator ecosystem aligned with dermatology, skincare, and aesthetics. Drive UGC, before/after storytelling, and trust-building content that converts.
- Take a small dermatology brand and scale it under the Shed umbrella.
- Identify new growth opportunities across conditions, treatments, bundles, and patient segments.
- Help shape brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Entrepreneurial Execution
- Own this business like it’s yours.
- Run rapid growth experiments, test new ideas, and iterate quickly.
- Build the growth playbook — we’re not looking for someone who needs one handed to them.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Influence without heavy bureaucracy — this is a lean, fast-moving environment.
Who you are
- You’re deeply entrepreneurial and energized by building from scratch.
- You have 3-5
years of experience
in growth, marketing, or brand scaling — ideally in telehealth, DTC, beauty, skincare, or another regulated consumer space.
- You understand
conversion
, funnels, and customer psychology.
- You’ve worked with influencers or creators and know what actually drives results.
- You’re comfortable owning ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
- You have strong taste — you know what good branding and good marketing look like.
- You’re obsessed with growth, momentum, and outcomes — not titles or process for process’ sake.
