Fresh Tape Media

Full-time

Denver, CO, USA

About the job

We’re looking for an insights-driven and creatively curious Social & Creator Performance Data Analyst to lead measurement and reporting across a high-volume influencer marketing program at Fresh Tape Media. Fresh Tape Media is a NYC- and Denver-based creative agency that collaborates with clients across the U.S. and internationally to bring ideas to life: from concept development and video/photo content creation to full-scale production and event fabrication. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creative work, this is the job for you.

In this role, you’ll help define what success looks like, track key performance metrics, and turn data into clear, compelling stories that inform creative and strategic decisions. You’ll partner closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to uncover insights around audience behavior and content performance, contributing to ongoing optimization and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who asks smart questions, digs into the “why” behind the numbers, and brings both analytical rigor and creative thinking to how data is collected, interpreted, and activated.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting Communication

  • Analyze influencer campaign data to uncover performance trends, audience behaviors, and content insights
  • Support creative testing efforts and contribute to ongoing campaign optimization
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance summaries across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling client-facing reports that connect numbers to narratives
  • Proactively identify gaps in reporting or areas where new data could drive better decision-making

Cross-Functional & Campaign Support

  • Assist in creator campaign tracking and internal/external communication
  • Partner with strategy and creative teams to translate findings into actionable concepts, test hypotheses, and surface new ideas
  • Manage Data Coordinator to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate for reporting purposes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years in a marketing analytics, social data, or media measurement role
  • A track record of collecting, structuring, and analyzing data that answers open-ended questions or solves strategic problems
  • A clear understanding of social media KPIs, influencer engagement benchmarks, and performance modeling
  • Skills in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with Tubular, CreatorIQ, or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A self-starter mentality with pride in your work: you don’t just report on data, you take ownership of it
  • Genuine interest in influencer marketing and creator culture: you follow trends, understand the space, and get why it works
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Airtable
