Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and the brands we represent. This role plays a key part in strengthening our digital presence through thoughtful content creation, data driven strategy, and consistent community engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and storytelling, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand positioning
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Coordinate visual content production including graphics, short form video, and branded assets in collaboration with designers and creative partners
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns from concept through completion
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform updates to inform content and strategy adjustments
  • Foster positive relationships with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to evaluate reach, engagement, and growth
  • Prepare weekly performance reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating influencer partnerships and brand collaborations aligned with company values

Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role required
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and platform specific insights
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, shareable content that drives engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
